Topsoil is a natural soil product used for creating lawns, borders and planting areas. Compost is a nutrient-rich growing medium designed to improve soil structure and support healthy plant growth.

For creating or levelling lawns, we recommend our Twice Screened Soil or Lawn Top Dressing products depending on your project requirements.

Yes. Our PAS100 Compost products are peat-free and produced from recycled green waste.

Yes. Our soil products are screened to the specified grade shown in the product description, helping to remove larger stones and debris.

Yes. As our products are natural materials, occasional small stones, roots or organic matter may be present.

Yes. As a natural and recycled product, the colour, texture and moisture content of our screened soils may vary from batch to batch.
While every effort is made during the screening process to remove unwanted materials, occasional small stones, roots, wood fragments or other inert debris may still be present. This is normal for recycled soil products and does not affect their suitability for general landscaping, turfing and garden use.
Due to the nature of recycled materials, TuGro cannot guarantee complete freedom from all foreign matter.

Yes. Delivery vehicles are equipped with a tail lift and pallet trolley to assist with unloading.

Where will the driver leave my delivery?

No. Drivers are only able to unload to suitable hard-standing areas accessible by pallet trolley.

The pallet trolley requires a smooth, level, hard-standing surface such as concrete, tarmac or block paving.

No. Pallet trolleys cannot safely operate on gravel, grass, loose stone, mud or uneven ground

We recommend someone is available to receive the delivery and check access requirements.

If the driver is unable to safely complete the delivery, additional charges may apply for redelivery or failed delivery attempts.

Our bulk bags contain approximately 500-750kg of material, depending on the product and moisture content.

Bulk bag dimensions may vary slightly, but most are approximately 85cm x 85cm x 85cm.

Yes. Products are supplied on a pallet for transport and delivery.

No. The pallet becomes the responsibility of the customer once delivery has been completed.
